About

Bio

I am a theologian with experience teaching in both academic and ecclesial contexts. My publications have appeared in such journals as Participatio, Themelios, Scottish Bulletin of Evangelical Theology, and Theology in Scotland, among others. I have served in a variety of adjunct teaching roles at Union University, Samford University, and Grace Communion Seminary.

My doctoral research was on the ecumenical ecclesiology of Thomas Forsyth Torrance. Ecclesiology remains a research interest, especially the New Testament "body of Christ" motif. Other current research interests include the use of analogy in theological reasoning, and the doctrine of adoption.
